E. Michal Gayer has a Master of Arts Degree in clinical psychology from Wayne State University (MI) and is ordained by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel (CA). She has held professional licenses in her lifetime as a Psychologist (PA) and Psychological Diagnostician (MI). Joining with Michal in the mentoring program is Bob Gayer. He has served as the Director of the United Way of Staunton and West Augusta County Virginia, worked in promotions for the Los Angeles Lakers Basketball Team, owned and operated the advertising company Business Energizers and is the executive administrator of Lightshine Ministries International. Bob has an extensive history of accomplishment in business administration, marketing and advertising. As co-founder, with E. Created to skillfully help people discover their best life solutions according to the Word of God, the LMI Life Coaching, Business Mentoring and Leadership Training program is designed to assist individuals in reaching their personal life goals, to inspire dynamic Christian spiritual growth and to help people achieve their God-given potential.

In addition, a main purpose of the program is to serve as a fund raising opportunity to help finance the sending of Christian education materials FREE to pastors and church leaders in need throughout the United States and foreign countries through the LMI Healing of the Nations Materials Distribution.
